Following anonymous threats received at a nearby R.A.F. airport, a big blaze at an Army ordnance depot near Nottingham last night destroyed hundreds of light motorvehicles and tyres. The depot is one of the chief distributing cenI tres of Army cars. SOLDIER REMANDED ON ARSON CHARGE ( (Received 11th May, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, 10th May. I A soldier was remanded on a charge ; of setting fire to the ordnance building.
