General Ritter von Epp, Governor of Bavaria and head of the Nazi colonial organisation, opening the first colonial youths’ home at Wuppertal, said that Herr Hitler would decide when and how the colonies would be regained. The movement, therefore, was becoming national. It was an absolute necessity that the concentrated power of the whole nation back up the demands.
