Mr Oliver Stanley, President of the Board of Trade, said the percentage re- , ductions of the Dominions’ mutton and lamb imports announced on 16th February apply to actual imports in the last : tv'elve months, and foreign reductions : apply to the basic quota requirements for the current year.
