NEW CABINET BY M. PIER LOT M. SPAAK FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS L. A.-By Electric Telegraph—Cnpyrmht'l (Received ldth April, 12.10 p.m.) BRUSSELS, 17th April. M. Pi-zrlot has formed a new Cabinet with M. Spaak Minister for Foreign Affairs, and General Denis, Minister of National Defence. The Socialist Labour Minister. M. Wcuters, resigned from the Socialist Party. The Congress rejected by a 62.000 majority a resolution favouring participation in the Government. Other Socialist members of the Cabinet are the Foreign Minister. M Soudan. and the Minister of Health, M. Eekelerz. MORE RESIGNATIONS (Received 18th April, noon) BRUSSELS. 17th April. All the Socialist Ministers have resigned. M. Pierlot is reforming Cabinet on a two-party basis.
