The Congress rejected by a 62.000 majority a resolution favouring participation in the Government. Other Socialist members of the Cabinet are the Foreign Minister. M Soudan. and the Minister of Health, M. Eekelerz. MORE RESIGNATIONS (Received 18th April, noon) BRUSSELS. 17th April. All the Socialist Ministers have resigned. M. Pierlot is reforming Cabinet on a two-party basis.
