GERMAN NAVAL MANOEUVRES
PLENTY OF SHIPS LEFT IN HOME WATERS (Received 15th April. 10.20 am.) BERLIN, 14th April. Observers emphasise the proximity of German warships to the Mediterranean in the event of a new crisis. It is stated that the squadron is only a fifth of the German naval strength, leaving plenty of ships in home waters.
