WANGANUI BUILDING PERMITS
HIGHEST FIGURE FOR DECADE WANGANUI, This Day. Wanganui building permits for the last financial year totalled £IOI.OOO, the highest for a decade. In the previous year permits issued were £115.000. These figures mean that more building has been done in the last two year* than in the previous seven put together. Four blocks of Government houses and the new post office costing £85.000 are included in the total.
