Gemans reached Zilina and are con- j tinuing eastward. They are expected at Brno before midnight. General Prchala, Minister of the Interior in Ruthenia, has been relieved of office. The Central Government has ordered Czech troops to withdraw from Ruthenia. ULTIMATUM ACCEPTED All terms of the Hungarian ultimatum were accepted. RUTHENIA DECLARES INDEPENDENCE (Received 15th Mrach, 1.55 p.m.) CHUST. 14th March. Ruthenia declared her independence and the Government was reconstructed provisionally. M. Colosin remains Premier, and M. Julian Revay. who was dismissed from office by Prague, becomes Foreign Minister. CZECH MINISTERS AT BERLIN (Received 15th March. 1.55 p.m.) BERLIN. 14th March. President Hacha. of Czechoslovakia, and M. Chvalkovsky, Foreign Minister, were received ceremonially and saw Herr Hitler to-night. CALLING UP OF RESERVES DENIED Received 15th March. 1.20 p.m.) BERLIN, 14th March. The calling up of the 1913 reserves is denied. The occupation of Moravska and Ostrava is officially denied. REVIEYV CANCELLED VIENNA. 14th March. The Anschluss celebration review has been cancelled. MOBILISATION ORDERS FOR WOMEN (Received 15th March, 1.20 p.m.) VIENNA, 14th March. Women are receiving the following mobilisation orders: "The first day of any general mobilisation you will report at a given address.”
