CANTON RIVER SHIPPING
PARTIAL RESUMPTION PERMITTED (Received 2nd March. 11.45 a.m.) HONG KONG, Ist March. The Japanese permitted partial resumption of Canton river shipping. In i eturn for Britain allowing a Japanese transport to visit Hong Kong weekly, one British ship will be allowed to visit Canton fortnightly.
