Ist March. l A large cache of arms was found to- j day at the Italian school at Maxula t Rades, near Tunis, and the school was immediately closed and occupied by t troops. It is estimated that 140.000 crack i troops are under arms in French North Africa. Reserves are enormous. The ! Italian strength in Libya is estimated I at 100.000 first class troops. Bizerta 1 is an almost impregnable naval base. !
