REGULARS AND TERRITORIALS f British Official Wirelessl RUGBY, 28th February. According to rf Parliamentary answer. the number of troops finally approved for the regular and territorial j armies during the year ended 31st December last was 38,827 and 77,142 respectively. as against 26.094 and 43,350 i.. the preceding year. The strength of the territorial army is now greater than at any time since the war and the shortage in the regular army is being progressively reduced.
