It is officially announced that Sir Malcolm Barclay-Harvey has been appointed Governor of South Australia in succession to Major-General Sir Winston Dugan. Sir Malcolm Barclay-Harvey is the Unionist M.P. for Kincardine and West Aberdeenshire.
