Eight thousand Italians met in the 1 Alcazar Theatre in Marseilles to-day 1 and unanimously pledged their loyalty 1 to France, condemning the mainten- ' ance of the Fascist army in Spain as ‘ the greatest danger to European peace and demanding its recall. Those present declared that the Italian claims to Tunisia. Corsica, and j Jubuti were unjust, adding that they were joining in the struggle against Fascism. In unity between Italians and Frenchmen lay the sole hope of preserving peace and liberty. This action follows reports from Rome that Signor Mussolini has ordered every Italian living abroad to return immediately.
