PROBATION REFUSED I United Press Asaoe.ia-tK.rr DUNEDIN. 27th February. Irvine Watson Cowie was sentenced to four months’ reformative detention for the theft of goods valued at £22 from Messrs Bing, Harris, and Co., in whose warehouse he was a departmental manager.
