SUMMONED FOR MILITARY SERVICE IN HOMELAND POOR RESPONSE MADE (Received Ist February, 10.5 a.m.) METZ. 31st January. Three thousand Italians living in the Moselle Department were summoned to do military service in Italy, or alternatively thirty years as reservists Only two hundred responded.
