FAIR SELECTION HELL CLEARED (Received 24tli January, 11.55 a.m.) LONDON. 23rd January. At the wool sales 9081 bales w r ere offered, including 3451 New Zealand, and 7921 sold. There was a fair selection, chiefly crossbreds, which together with the best Australian merinos was well cleared at recent rates. Withdrawals consisted chiefly of inferior scoureds. The Bradford market is Arm. with business slow.
