I Charlie Chaplin has not been idle in the three years since his last picture. 'Modern Times." He has been working quietly on his next film, and it should go into production by January. It will be his first all-talking picture —a satire cn dictatorships. Charlie will play two roles, one the dictator, in which part he will speak, and the other the persecuted under-dog, more or less the traditional Chaplin character — speechless, with derby hat, moustache and cane.
