BEAUTY OF THE CITY
[To The Editori Sir,—l was pleased to see when passing that the City Council had cut the grass between the Technical School and the gates to the Government Buildings. I suggest that the fences there be sold for removal and trees trimmed up. The grass could then be easily mown, and that portion of the grounds would add greatly to the beauty of the city with very little cost to the council. Trusting my suggestion will have favourable consideration— 1 am, etc., RATEPAYER. Nelson, 18th January.
