FINANCIAL AID FOR SPORTS BODIES I United Press Association! WELLINGTON, This Day. Sports bodies are to receive financial aid for displays throughout the Centennial year to help to raise funds. The Government has approved of a special £SOOO alluvial gold art union, commencing on 20th February and closing on 25th March. The Hon. W. E. Parry, Minister ol Internal Affairs, said to-day that sports bodies should not have difficulty in raising large funds in the interest of their further development and from which to draw for tlieir Centennial activities.
