Nance-Kivell, and son, of Newcastle, New South Wales, are at present visiting Nelson as guests of Mr and Mrs U. R. L. West. Mr Nance-Kivell was formerly of Hokitika and was the owner of the Spartan aeroplane which originated the air mail service between Hokitika and Weheka. ** * * Miss M. N. Herd, Rangiora, is spending a fortnight’s holiday in Nelson, and is a guest at Wainui House. ** * * An overseas visitor to Nelson at the present time is Miss P. Sykes (London) who is a guest at the Masonic Hotel. tf. Mrs Watts, England, who stayed at Wainui House for a few days in course of a tour of New Zealand, left yesterday morning for Marlborough. ** * * Miss M. Slater (West Coast) is visiting Nelson and is a guest at the Masonic Hotel. XX * * Rev. A. M. West and Miss A. E. West. Australia, who have been staying at Wainui House, left this morning for the West Coast. ** * * Mr and Mrs W. Mitchell and Mr and Mrs K. W. Sinclair are Southland visitors to Nelson. They are staying at the Masonic Hotel. ** * * On holiday in Nelson are Mr and Mrs G. C. Keen, of Wellington, who are guests at Wainui House. ** * * Mr and Mrs T. Higgins, of Dunedin, are guests at the Masonic Hotel. ** * * Mr Furze, of Tauranga, who is accompanied by his mother, is spending a holiday in Nelson. They are guests at Wainui House.
