G Brown v A Grubb 2s Gd and £1 9s; J D and L Robertson Ltd v. Edv. ard Arthur Guard £4 4s 6d and £l 5s 6d; Dalgety and Co.. Ltd v Leonard A Turner. £2 0s 8d nd 13s 6d; Nelson City Council v. Harold J. McKinstry, 8s 3d and 3s; Nelson Freezing Co.. Ltd., v P M Green and S B Green. £l9 15s 6d and £3 3s; Takaka Transport Ltd v J Hall. £8 16s 8d and £1 10s 6d; Takaka Transport Ltd v George Cross Sturgeon £1 15s and 8s: Takaka Transport Ltd. v. William J Nixon. £8 13s 6d and £1 12s 6d; Griffin and Sons Ltd v. L. Shaw £1 9s 4d and 9s In the judgment ; ’mmons case T. B Stevens v. A E. Burton, judgment debtor was ordered to pay £ll 13s 6d at the rate of £1 a month, in default 11 days’ imprisonment Judgment debtor E Fitzgerald was ordered to pay E Keenan £6 7s 9d at £1 per month, in default six days’ imorisonment.
