“NON-STOP NEW YORK”
SEINSATIONAL ADVENTURE STORY The keynote which supplies the entertainment in "Non-Stop New York” is one of virile adventure. In the stellar roles John Loder and the beautiful English blonde, Anna Lee. are ideally cast, and take charge ot their parts with all the ease and aplomb of veterans. "Non-Stop New York” has been nicely treated by the casting directors. The personnel of the cast has been selected with a fine eye to the main chance, and some of England's best character actors have satisfying roles.
| As the blackmailing and unscrupulous bookmaker. Frank Cellier gives a i convincing portrayal. Particularly interesting is his adaptability with a role which is cither villainous or bordering .! on villainy. Francis L. Sullivan also steps up in a j powerful supporting role, and even i manages to steal some scenes from the , | expert, Frank Collier. | A word of praise, too. for the solid i job turned in by Desmond Tester. This actor—he is only sixteen or seventeendisplays a repertoire which would be the envy of a great number of more exI perienced actors. The story of the picture is well-tailor-J ed. and the cutting manages to always enhance the suspense of the story.
