Seeking emergency procedure in the Senate for a bill dealing with air raid precautions, the Minister of Defence. Lieut.-General Denis, said that the reason for the request is that the international situation is evolving more and more in a direction hardly favourable to Belgium.
The Bill was adopted by 105 votes to 3.
