M.A., a member of the staff of the Waimate High School, has been appointed to the staff of the Nelson Girls’ College, and will take up her new duties in February. *n * * Miss Dorothy Wilson, erf Christchurch, who has spent several weeks at Wainui House, with her sister, Miss G. Wilson, left last night for the North Island, whex-e she will spend Christmas with Mrs J. H. Knight, of Palmerston North. ** * * Visitors from Hokitika at present staying at the Hotel Nelson include Mr and Mrs P. E. Renton, Mrs E Creach, Mrs J. Michel and Miss D. Cox. ** * * Mr and Mrs Turley, of Greymouth, are visitors this week to Nelson, and are staying at the Hotel Nelson.
