ORDERS FOR STEAMERS AND LOCOMOTIVES 'U P A.-Bv Electrio Telegraph—Oopyriehtl ISTANBUL, sth December. It is announced that £1,819,000 of the British £ 10.000,000-credit is to be devoted to buying 11 mercantile steamers from the firm of Swan. Hunter and Wigham Richardson, and £1,500,000 for the purchase of 41 English locomotives and 200 freight cars.
