The British United Press correspondent at Bucharest says that apparently as the Iron Guard’s first retaliation in connection with the death of M. Condreanu, the Rumanian Fascist leader, two men shot and wounded with pistols Colonel Crislescu, president of the Cernauti military court. The police arrested a student, Leonid Lututovici, whose companion escaped.
