MODERATE COMPETITION FOR POOR SELECTION i UP.).— Hy Electric Telegraph -OoovrnrhF (Received 6lli December, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, sth December. At the wool sales 6424 bales were offered, including 2877 New Zealand, and 4549 were sold. A poor selection met w ith moderate competition. Withdrawals were confined to inferiors and mediums. Rates were steady with the exception o inferior greasy merinos which were occasionally easier. New Zealand scoured crossbrod. “FW/R” lOd to IOJd. BRADFORD TOPS MARKET (Received 6th December. 12.35 p.m.) LONDON, sth December. The Bradford tops market is steady. There is not much business, but consumption is well maintained.
