MEETING OF MAITAI LODGE INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS The half-yearly meeting of Maitai Lodge No. 15, U.A.0.D.. was held in the lodge room, Collingwood street, last evening. There was a very good attendance of members presided over by the Arch Druid ißro. E. F. Fryer). Included in the roti espondence received was a message of season’s greetings from the Grand L«-dge executive. Two clearances from the Westland and Star of West Lodges were aceoptThc following officers were installed for the ensuing term by the District President (Bro. S. Stephens), who was received with Druidic honours: A.D., Bro. W. Collis; V.A., Bro. R. V. Thomas; Secretary, Bro. T. Vercoe; Treasurer, Bro. R. Simpson; 1.G., Bro. R. J. Hill; 0.G., Bro. F M. Day; A.D.8., Bro. A. Hill, jnr.; Minute Secretary, Bro. W. W. Delaney; M.C., Bro. C. Hebbefd. The District President was accorded i a very hearty vote of thanks and congi atulations on the excellent manner in which he conducted the ceremony. Bro. Stephens suitably replied All the officers returned thanks for their election and the confidence placed in them. Accounts and sick pay (including two maternity claims, £l2, and sick members' contribution fund grants, £1 18s) amounting to £3O 2s 6d were passed for payment. At the close of the meeting a most enjoyable supper was served.
