STEADY RATES FOR BEST DESCRIPTIONS HI P A.— Bv Elec-trio Telegraph-CoDvrlehO (Received 30th November, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, 29th November. At the wool sales 9708 bades were offered, including 3579 New Zealand, and 8140 were sold. There was a good selection, mainly of merinos, which met with active competition. Best descriptions sold well at steady rates, while inferiors were frequently withdrawn owing to high limits.
