BUTTER MARKET
SLIGHTLY MORE ACTIVE lU.P.A.—By Electric Telegraph—CoprnahH (Received 28th November, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, 27th November. The butter market is slightly more active, but buyers are resisting efforts to lift prices. Cold store stocks are 858,000 boxes, which is 71,000 lower than last week, but still double last year. Some holders are willing to take lower prices, tending to keep the market easy. New Zealand 103 s, 104 s; Australian 100 s. Cheese is very quiet.
