VIEW OBSTRUCTED

•To The Editor! Sir,—l should like to draw the attention of the City Council and the N.A.A. to a particularly dangerous intersection, namely Seymour Avenue bridge and Brook street. At the present time it is almost impossible to see approaching traffic from the right in Brook street owing to willows etc., growing along the fence line. Last year it cost me 30s and costs also a repair bill, owing to the obstructed view and I understand there have since been quite a number of narrow shaves on this intersection. If the Council would keep the river bank cleared and the N.A.A. erect caution signs. I’m sure this would be greatly appreciated by motorists and others, who have occasion to use this intersection.—l am, etc., H. J. HUNTER. Nelson, 23rd November.
