MR PIROW’S VISIT TO GERMANY 'CPA —Bv Electric Telegraph— Copvrigbtl (Received 24th November. 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, 23rd November. The Johannesburg correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that Mr Pirow’s German visit threatens to cause serious political repercussions. The Opposition is making it a major issue at the coming session, the United Party disapproving of what is termed "Mr Pirow’s tactlessness.”
