Germany, Italy, and J Portugal—on whose behalf he made ; the visit. 1 No decision has yet been reached as j to whether he shall return to Spain, [and no meeting of the Chairman’s SubCommittee has been convened. The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr Butler, said in the House of Commons to-day, that the report was under consideration, and the Foreign Secretary was not yet in a position to come to any decision on future policy.
