Because of its obvious reference to the colonial problem, some prominence is being given to a speech by Dr. Goebbeis. German Minister of Propaganda, on 19th November, in which he said: ‘‘lt does not often happen that the world is divided afresh. “I am under the impression that we are living in such a historic hour that the Fuhfer must look ahead, since in the future lie some of the nation’s dangers. He must have a firm conviction that behind him marches a united nation. Dr. Goebbeis added- "1 can safely foretell that i nthe next few months no major international crisis will occur.”
