MtJMFORD DECLINES TRIP f United Association! WELLINGTON, 22nd November. The Wellington Amateur Athletid Centre has received a letter from J. Milmford, the New South Wales sprinter, one of the three Australian athletes invited to tour in New Zealand, stating that he regrets he is unable to accept the invitation.
