DIPLOMA EXAMINATIONS FELLOWSHIP Advice has been received by the local secretary that the Board of Examiners for the College have admitted Miss Ismay Fenn as a Fellow of Elocution, Trinity College of Music. Dr. James Lyon was the practical examiner in September, and the Board passed the thesis. Miss Fenn is the first F.T.C.L. in Elocution for the local centre, and has been coached by Mrs Moynihan, School of Music. The flag on Messrs Cock and Co’s, building in Nelson was flying at half most to-day on account of the death of Mr James Findlay, New Zealand representative of the Shaw, Savill and Albion Shipping Company.
