DEATH FROM INJURIES

PALMERSTON N.. 29th March. John Alexander Wilson, aged 40, railway clerk, Woodville, died in the Pahiatua Hospital from injuries received when a car left the road between Woodville and the Manuwatu Gorge on Saturday evening. It is not known how the accident occurred, but there are marks of a lengthy skid, the car finishing up in a hollow on the side of the road.
