David Anderson, driver of the Edin-burgh-Glasgow express involved in the Castlccary crash, was arrested and appears privately before the Dumbartonshire sheriff. He was released on bail. (Received 10th February, 2.0 p.m.) LONDON. 9th February. The train driver Anderson was charged with culpable homicide.
