France, Germany, and Italy in order to draft a plan for world economic reconstruction and establish a new economic organisation to replace that of the League of Nations, with which Italy and Germany refuse to co-oper-ate. Remarkable secrecy is being maintained regarding M. Van Zeeland's visit. The Press has been ordered not to public anything.
