ARABS KILLED IN ENCOUNTER WITH TROOPS (United Press Association— By Elactrlo Telegraph—Copy right! JERUSALEM, 16th December. Four Arabs were killed and a number wounded when troops encountered an armed gang in hills near Tulkaram. There were no casualties among the troops. TWO ARABS SHOT DEAD (Received 17th December, 10.5 a.m.) HAIFA, 16th December. Murderers called two Arabs, one of whom was a village headman, from a house near Acre and shot them dead on the threshhold.
