DISCOVERY BY PARIS POLICE [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy riebtl (Received 17th December, 10.5 a.m.) PARIS, 16th December. Police found 3 cwt of gelignite and MO hand grenades in a bouse in the Boulevard do Courcelles. The owner of the house is missing.
