LONDON, 18th November.
A lurtlier outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease has occurred in Lincolnshire, where 208 animals were destroyed. Drastic measures were adopted in Switzerland and The Netherlands to stamp out toot-and-inouth- disease Seven thousand cattle were destroyed in The Netherlands.
