The judge of the poultry section. Mr G. Miller, said that many of the birds were in dirty condition. The leading birds in the O.E. Game section were, however, good. The spangle cockerels were not outstanding, not having the condition necessary. The red pile cockerel winner could not be classed as good because lie was so broken in the colour. He would liked to have seen the silver Wyandottes shown in better condition, and he had purposely been severe in his judging from this aspect. The winnin Hamburg was a very fair type The Anconas could do with a little more white marking. The female was the best marked in this class. As a class, the ducks were excellent.
