BUSINESS DEMAND ON UNITED STATES (United Press Association—By Eleelrio Telegraph —Co p.v rig h 11 NEW YORK, 18th November. An indication of what business is demanding from the Administration was contained in an address by Mr Winthrop Aldrich, president of the State Chamber of Commerce. He made a charge that business recession was due to Governmental policies. He proposed a return to the gold standard, a balanced budget, repeal of the undistributed profits tax, modification of the capital gains tax, and freeing of public utilities from Government competition. Mr Aldrich stressed the fact that a balanced budget was the keynote of the entire matter.
