FARR’S CONTRACTS RIGHTS TRANSFERRED (United Press Association-B.v Electric (Veirra' h-Oopvrightl NEW YORK, 9th September. Ted Broadribb, Tommy Farr’s manager, has transferred the boxer’s contract rights to Babe Culnan, the American who supervised Farr's training and also Farr’s American management. Farr will leave on 10th September for a tour of the Middle West and Canada.
