Olliif defeated D. C. Coombe (New Zealand) 6-0, 7-9, 6-3 DIPLOMATIC APPOINTMENTS DUTCH MINISTER IN LONDON SUCCESSOR TO VAN SWINDERN APPOINTED (British Official Wirelessl RUGBY, 14th July. Count Johan van Limburg Stirum, the new Netherlands Minister in London, will reach London on Friday and will be received by the King next Tuesday. He succeeds Jonkheer van R. Swindern, who has been Netherlands Minister in London since 1913. From 1916 to 1921, Count Limburg Stirum was Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies. He was Minister in Berlin for 10 years until the end of last year. DANISH POST NEW MINISTER TO LONDON [British Official Wireless] RUGBY, 14th July. Count Ahlefeldt-Laurvig, Danish Minister in London for the last 15 years, who is retiring at the end of this year, will be replaced by Count Eduard Reventlow, Danish Minister in Stockholm, Count Reventlow was Charge d’Affaires in London from 1913 to 1919, and later Permanent Under-Secretary at the Danish Foreign Office.
