\ SECOND ONLY TO RUSSIA [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph— Copy Hghtl (Received 21st June, 10.15 a.m.) PARIS, 20th June. The Minister of Air, M. Cot. in opening a new airport at Bordeaux, announced that France had increased her modern aerial equipment HO per cent., consequently making France’s air force second only to that of Russia.
