Edward Chisnall £1 6s Gd, and 12s costs; McPherson and Day v. William Newenham £3 15s Od. and £1 3s 6d; F. W. Huggins v. G. Lock, £4 7s Od, and £ 1 3s Gd. I
In a judgment summons, H.< Baigent and Sons Ltd. v. Frank Gibb'*®, defen* dant was ordered to pay off th® amount due at the rate of 10r a week. In a similar case Dominion Compressed Yeast Coy. Ltd. v. R. h. Bothwell. defendant was orderec. to pay the debt at the rate of £ l a week.
