AWATEA HAVING ROUGH TIME DELAY IN ARRIVAL AT SYDNEY [United Preps Association-—R.v Electric Telegraph—Copyrigli (Received 24th April, 11.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Captain Davey, of the Awatca, adised the Union Company by wireless ihgt the vessel was fighting a fierce gale on the voyage from Auckland. It had been necessary to reduce speed considerably. The Awatea, which was originally due early this morning, is not expected to reach port until 1 p.m.
