PROTEST AGAINST GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE I [By Telegraph—Press Association] OAMARU, This Day. The Waitaki County Council yesterday decided to protest vigorously against the Government taking away the Council’s authority to issue motor drivers’ licenses.
