COASTAL VESSEL HELD UP SETTLEMENT REACHED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) GISBORNE, This Day. Work on the coastal vessel Koau, which has been held up for a week owing to conflicting awards governing seamen and watersiders, commenced this morning, watersiderfc agreeing to the ship’s crew making up the necessary labour complement.
